TERMS of LICENSE for ReLEAF Topical OIL INfusion

The purpose of licensing ReLEAF Topical OIL INfusion is to insure that everyone has easy access to
appropriate topical cannabis for healing purposes.
With all the laws restricting who can grow what where and when, suppose you can’t afford your own grow, do not have a caregiver
to prepare or any other obstruction. Making this oil available at no more than 2% over cost will be appreciated by many people.
Each dispensary or seller who licenses this must submit their costs and selling prices for each year renewal.
The fact that making the oil produces the oily leaf for making the Body and MIND POLISH
will reduce the cost of THAT ITEM to only the cost of SALT and CONTAINERS.
There is no restriction on the selling price of the salt scrub, Body and MIND POLISH, HEART GLOW or INVERSE ORGASM product,
nor additional fees for any other name the seller wishes to use.
STRAWBERRY Fru-Fru Pink Fuzzy Body and MIND POLISH can sell for $300. per ounce, that’s fine.
The ReLEAF TOPICAL OIL INfusion must be available in one ounce bottles and two larger sizes, perhaps 4oz and 16 oz. The cost sold retail must be no more than 2% over the manufacturing cost of the item. Instructions and cautionary information must be available in paper form and linked to any public advertisements or online.
RESTRICTION to dispensaries: In the instructions, advise that arnica -cannabis combinations are TOXIC aka NOT edible, and because of this, there will be no licenses issued for this preparation. Instead, a paper will be provided on request with local body care, chiropractors, cranial – sacral or acupuncture persons who are given free license to dispense the ARNICA version.
They must purchase the ReLEAF Topical from the dispensary, and add OIL INFUSION of ARNICA one-third to two-thirds ReLEAF Topical Oil INfusion and re-bottle it under their own name with the contents listed, TOXIC label as a prescription. They cannot sell plain ReLEAF Topical nor Body and MIND POLISH without a commercial license.
THE PURPOSE OF THE ABOVE IS TO PROVIDE HELP FOR THOSE IN NEED.
THANKS TO ALL WHO HONOR THIS. ANYONE IN GOOD STANDING WITH ANY SELLER CAN HELP NEGOTIATE A NEW LICENSE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
FEE SCHEDULES and PAYMENTS
License fees are paid annually by calendar year, and pro-rated the first year to the month they begin. A single store in a populated area would pay $13,000. per year. $1000. will go into a legal fund to purchase samples anonymously and test them for purity independent of the seller.
That quality assurance may be printed on the label or in a poster at the store.
The bulk of the fees will be paid 60% to Feed ALL children* and 40% to the person who facilitated the original contact with the sellers. The same fee schedule will apply for succeeding years, if no change in operations. The facilitator must provide the information of the recipient of the 60% of the fees to Feed ALL children in order to receive the 40% and complete the licensing process each year. Failing to complete this obligation could lead to the seller choosing a different facilitator for the next year.
The seller has the responsibility to provide the correct paperwork in accordance with state laws and to provide those signed papers to obtain their license to sell. In other words, the seller’s lawyers write their own license, covering the texts in this document.
The seller is liable for all sales. A 60 day grace period can exist for first-time licenses but fees must be paid BEFORE the first date that ReLEAF Topical OIL INfusion goes on sale in the store.
NOTE:
Body and MIND POLISH may not be sold while ReLEAF Topical OIL INfusion is not available at 2% over cost of manufacture as
detailed in the signed license agreement.
All details of manufacture, including the text version of how-to, and suggestions for use will be provided during the license process after the LEGAL FEE payment of $1000. which initiates the grace period before manufacture of up to 60 days.
